For presenters

Submissions to CoLIS 2010 are now closed

Presentations

Presentations should be set out in the structure required for the journal Information Research, though the full HTML formatting is not required at this stage). The time allocated for presentations will not exceed 30 minutes, and submissions should be of an appropriate length for this.

Posters

The poster boards to be used are 180 cm wide and 120 cm high, so the presentations must fit within this limit.

Any number of sheets of any size, within this total limit, may be used.

Please use an appropriately large font size, and allow a reasonable amount of 'white space', for readability.

There is no need for presenters to bring their own fastenings for posters. The organizers will provide tape / Velcro fastenings. Please note that pins, staples and similar fastenings must not be used.

Please note that the organizers cannot print off or make up poster presentations.

Please note that posters will not be considered for publication in Information Research.

Anyone wishing to propose a contribution in a different format, e.g. a more lengthy presentation, or a seminar or workshop format session, should contact David Bawden (or any other of the organisers) for advice.

Anyone unsure as to whether their intended contribution fits with the CoLIS themes is welcome to contact David Bawden(or any other of the organisers) for advice before preparing a full paper.
